Holiday Blessing

I am fortunate enough to say that i witness miracles everyday. My wife was diagnosed with Lou Gherigs disease in 07. I would rank this disease among the top 10 in dibilitating muscular disorders. Through the trials and tribulations we had our son in 09. It has been a LONG road with ups and downs. More downs than ups. I am blessed by this woman. God puts people in our lives for a reason. She has taught me patience, virtue, and love. Through the past year my wife has nearly lost her ability to talk. Well my prayers have been answered. A company presented us with a product with eye navigation. This device follows your eye coordination via computer. Whole point being, the machine will let you input a sentence and say it for you. I have established a relationship with my wife that we havent had since 09. She is unable to use her hands or feet, but through this device she is able to navigate the web. NEVER thought i would say it, but I ENJOY facebook now. Its amazing how u miss the little things. She sends me little messages that make my day. I used to be envious when people would talk about how there wives would nag them on the phone. My wife couldnt hold a conversation for longer than 5 minutes. I couldnt ask for a better christmas present. The gift of communication. L M A O... i look forward to the nagging. I am soooooo happy today. I felt compeled to share this life changing story with you all. If you care, I would like to share a piece of my life with you. God Bless and happy holidays.

this is a great story eddie, and it sounds like you're are truly blessed to have her as your wife as she is to have you for her husband. You know alot of people take for granted the little things like you speak of until they're gone. Go bless you and your family, and i would love to meet them one day.

God bless you and your family. Reading your story really makes one appreciate the small things in life. What company made the donation if you don't mind me asking?

That's the best Christmas gift anybody could ask for. We will be sure to keep your family in our prayers.
