It's all good man, I can't change the past. What is disappointing is people that are perfect and have never lost their temper or said something that they regret only to have people bring it up again several months later. It must be nice to be perfect. People make mistakes, I make more than one every day. It is even better when these people that have an issue with you do not address their concerns with you but take it public thinking they have some God given right to do so. There are no rights on this site, it is not paid for with government money.
I have to be happy with the direction of the site, what we as a team/group have accomplished here and our growth over the past year. I can tell you that I am very pleased. I have been on my own as a businessman since I was 26. I am one of those guys that wants everyone to like them.
What I have learned in life and trust me it is a hard lesson for someone like me to learn is that when you are a leader and decision maker some people just aren’t going to like you. You will be second guessed a lot at sometimes hated for no apparent reason. People expect more out of you than they expect out of themselves. I accept my role and sleep well at night, to bad things can’t be different. Luckily we have thousands of great members and I could not be happier with what our members did for St. Jude this year and for the Christmas drive.
That of course was not directed at you SaltyShaw or even Yak (Austin) either.
I am not good at beating around the bush, typically speaking when I have something to say I don't hold back, I just say it.
