Tractor and Dirt work?
Does anyone do this type of work in the Lake Charles area? I am curious what a ball park price for someone to clear 4-3/4 acre lots and haul in around 80 loads of fill dirt, turtle back and dress the lots. If you could give some info or if you have had this done recently let me know.

You would want a 650 or bigger dozer for that much dirt. 80 loads would be forever & a day on a tractor

What type of clearing does the land need? Brush hogging or does it have standing timber with underbrush?

timber and brush, I cleared the lot I am on with a dosser 10 yrs ago and used a track ho to push all the timber down since I was removing all stumps. It would require a dosser and ho to clear this and who ever did the clearing level and spread dirt.
I use to do a lot of this type of hiring out when I ran my business but that's almost 5yrs ago and don't have my contacts anymore but a real estate company I still deal with owns the land and I am trying to help them figure what these lots should sell for and also what it would cost to get this work done in order to sell lots ready to build on.
