Drago's Oyster Butter
 
Some of you were interested and here it is.

1 lb butter softened
3 cloves garlic minced
4 sprigs parsley
3 green onions
salt
tony chacheries
fresh cracked black pepper
worshtershire sauce
hot sauce
cayenne
Demi-Glace which is the ingredient everyone leaves out..... which is a ***** to make, he said he substitutes with reduced chicken stock, reduced to 25%....... so if you start with a cup of chicken stock reduce it down to a 1/4 cup.


Also you need a super hot grill and when you cooking them spritz the grill with water to make it steam.
