Fish marks on billystix custom rods

Mine came in while offshore and my wife said she cannot see the measurement marks on my rod. I will check it out when I get home.

QUESTION TO YOU BOTH??
HAVE EITHER OF YOU NOTICED YET THAT YOU HAVE NO "ROD TWIST" BY THIS I MEAN THE REEL WANTS TO SIT UP RIGHT ON THE ROD DURING THE FIGHT RATHER THAN WANTING TO ROLL OVER OR BETTER YET SEEM TO WANT TO DRAG TO THE LEFT AS NORMALLY, YOU SHOULD ALSO BE ABLE TO RELIZE THAT YOU ARE GETTING THE SAME CASTING DISTANCE AND OR FURTHER WITH LESS EFFORT IN YOUR CAST GIVING YOU A MUCH SMOOTHER CAST WITH LESS EFFORT, YOU WILL ALSO NOTICE THAT THE LINE STAYS MUCH CLOSER TO THE ROD WHEN CASTING AS WELL AS WHEN YOU HAVE A FISH ON AND PLAYING HIM. NEXT WOULD BE SENSITIVITY BUT IF YOU ARE USING TOP WATER THIS WILL NOT EFFECT YOU MUCH BUT IF USING RUBBER YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICKUP ON THIS RIGHT AWAY AS WELL AS THE LIGHT WEIGHT OF THE OVERALL ROD AND I BELIEVE THE SHORTER GRIP AND THE TITANIUM HUGGER GUIDES HELPS IN THIS AREA AS WELL, WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON THESE.
