Had a good start to a Monday!

The birds flew well this morning, and the rain water is draining fast in our area. So if it stays like this, hopefully it won't spread out the birds too much in the SW corner of the state. Lots of big groups still heading south this morning so hopefully they will head towards Kaplan/Geuydan area to give those guys some more birds!

My uncle hunted our lease in Kaplan this morning by himself. He killed his 4 within 5 minutes of shooting time. He stayed longer to work his new dog and he told me that he could of easily killed a 3-4 man limit. Seems things may be picking up in the Kaplan area. Likely going in the morning.
