New here, fuel sender ?

Hi all,

Just stumbled on this site. I have a 20' CC bay boat. 150 Suzuki 4 stroke & guages. My fuel gauge is shot, even level in the water or trailered it's wildly inaccurate. It's clearly a sender problem. It's the older, float arm style. Rather than keep having to adjusting it, I'm thnking about installing the newer emodel. Most come as kits, meaning I can upgrade to digital display and get a usage monitor for the fuel line.

Does anyone have experience with these? Recommend a good mid range brand? How difficult is diy install?

Thanks!
