Just letting everyone know that NOAA is closing triggerfish June 11th.

Yep, as it states in their vision 2020 report. It's going to be catch and release world in the future. Big brother don't like us fishing...once again I'm glad I was able to grow up when I did.

Everyone needs to go to the NOAA site a search vision 2020 report. Scary **** right there........

Since when is a trigger fish in danger????? Those are one of the easiest fish in the gulf to catch

Not about them being in danger , about us catching fish. Offshore right now but just wait. Inshore is coming too.

Eventually we will need permits to venture 2 miles out from shore. The guberment does/will control all waters off shore and those who use it. Sport fishing will be banned for all species. Only commercial interests will be allowed harvesting is designated areas. Already our Gulf has been sectored into regions to better control use of fisheries, get ready, Our freedoms are slowly being eroded on all fronts....and yes I believe the feds will eventually control our coastal waters too. Hope everyone will enjoy our new world order.
