Is it just me, or does anyone else find it strange that North Carolina actually has a state statue making it a crime to "maliciously castrate" someone? I mean, who wrote that on the books?

I think all rapist should be "Maliciously Castrated" by whomever the victim chooses to do it and in whatever way the victim chooses.
