LDWF Grand Isle Marine Lab

We had a chance to visit the Louisiana DWF Grand Isle Marine Lab earlier today. We just walked in and after a short wait, we were asked if we wanted a tour, which of course we did. This is a first class facility where they are conducting ongoing research on redfish, spotted seatrout, tarpon, red snapper, and oysters. And that's just the stuff I remember. If you have time when you are in GI, I recommend a visit. Cool stuff.
