Grand isle this weekend....
 

Windfinder is showing GI to be looking good for the weekend. Hope it holds out. We are due for some calm seas out that way. Any salty cajuns gonna be out there? I'll be at the Cajun holiday inn fri sat & sun. Stop by and say hi. I'll have a cold one on ice for ya. Be nice to put a face with some of the names on this site. If the seas allow I will be looking for some snaps. Any one is welcome to follow or vise versa. Would rather a buddy boat to tag along with. I'll be in a slate blue 2110 NS. if not I'll stay inside and try for trout.

Gonna be at the sun and sand front cabin with the big porch. Headed down Friday. Coming back Wednesday

I'll be there on thursday till the 5th of July

headed down friday nite and leaving sunday afternoon hopefully get on the beach for specks.

I'll be there from Thursday to Sunday morning.

stopping short, Bobby Lynn's south. First trailer at boat shed that is perpendicular to canal. will be there Thursday evening thru Sunday. Stop by and say hi.

We will probably hit the beaches if the surf is green and not to rough.

Just a heads up the new toll system sucks. Sat in traffic 15 minutes with a tag on Thursday. My brother waited 45 minutes for cash lane.

that was on a Thursday. be prepared to sit an hour or more on Fri / Sat if you don't have a tag. From what i read ,you can no longer prepay or postpay for a 1 day pass online.

anyone bank / surf fishing?

That sucks. Is the toll rd the only route? It's been a few years since I've been there.

Yo Meaux! How'd y'all do in GI? I'm gonna be making a trip with my yak there soon. I'll have my bay boat as well but I'd love to get on them with my yak. What was the word down there? Hear of any good spots?
