I saw that on the back glass of a Datsun pickup being pulled by another one just like it on the interstate west of Baton Rouge.

and to think....If my inspection sticker expires, just know I'm getting a ticket and I see these things leaving auction yards all the time....Check his insurance....I'll lay bets on that one...Guarantee you none of those are 100% legal...But up and down the highways they go....Infuriates me....

I'd bet their legal for the simple fact that it'd be too easy of a target for police to catch
