Coming down from mississippi to fish the rigs. What is the forecast?

I'll be there Winds look light. Main concern will probably be pop up storms.

weather has been perfect out here for the last week

awesome. I couldn't sleep last night I am so excited. headed that way at 10.

I am 20 miles from Venice in the Main Pass field, we have been getting pop up thunderstorms the last 2 days. The boats that are fishing are catching nice red snapper about 20 feet off bottom and mangroove snapper pitching live bait in jacket without a weight, you will need a stiff pole with good line for this.
