Any reports for Holly Beach, thinking of taking a ride over there to fish off the beach.

Looked horrible couple days ago, nothing but strong south winds since, doubt it cleared up. Tons of seaweed. Forecast looks for more strong south winds. Wish you luck, keep us posted

I was down that way today Johnson bayou and holly beach both looked real bad!

Thanks for the info, saved me a trip, guess I'll try Vermilion Bay.

I was down there last weekend. Sea weed was mostly on shore, no issues in the water were I was. Water was dirty. Caught mainly gafftop and croakers. There was a lot of bait in the deep cuts, but never could find the reds.

Went last week to rutherford, low tide, chocalate milk, fighting the seaweed, wasted my gas!! Kids had fun playing in the mud :eek:
