Someone said we were mentioned on there yesterday. I had a lot of fun cooking the other day! It gave me a chance to try the New smoker out and see what it was capable of.
That dang thing will hold some meat! 60 lbs of leg quarterson it and I think I coulda put 15 lbs more on there!
