9mm rounds?

Just picked up an M&P 9 VTAC and am looking to stock up on some decent target round for the tax break weekend. Any suggestions? Also, what do y'all normally use for everyday carry? I like the Hornady Critical Defense rounds, but I'm just curious about the different options.

We tested the 9mm 127 grain Win SXT (or Ranger T) a while back for a legal case, and then again last year for a journal article. This is the load I would recommend for general purpose self-defense or LEO use. Fantastic performance. I expect that our analysis will be published sometime in the next year in Clinical Orthopedics and Related Research.
