If you live in Louisiana and work in Texas how does the tax situation work out.... do you pay state tax or what.....got a few plants hireing and just wondering how it works out

You pay state tax for the state you reside in.

Alright, that's what I figured but was not positive but now that its on the Interweb it has to be true

I lived in Sulphur and worked in Orange, Texas when I first got out of trade school to be a Machinist.

I was young and dumb and did not set up my tax payments to the state on a quarterly basis..... Needless to say, I got that corrected the second year lol....

Just my word of advice.

Could be very costly mistake

You'd be crazy to not look. Any operator at our plant under age 40 should try to find something better, unless they are already on the console.
