Pyrodex

looking for some 45 cal. pyrodex pellets in the lafayette area, if anybody knows where i can find some i would really appreciate you letting me know, the 45 calibur stuff has been hard to find, i am sure i can find them on line some where but the hazardous material shipping fee makes it not worth doing, i am looking to make a hunt in a spot where it is muzzle load only, cartridge rifles are not allowed

thanks in advanced

Did you try shooters. They might have 45.

I've had the same problem, when I found the pellets in .45 I would buy several boxes. Usually it was triple 7 that was easiest to find. Always keep an eye out at Walmart, every now & then they have .45 pellets mixed in with the .50's

Wal-Mart and Academy are getting totally away from muzzle loading stuff. Our Academy has nothing this year. I had to emergency order some bullets. I would suggest stocking up when you find something that your gun likes.

They had triple7, guess i will see if it is just as good
