Heading up there this weekend wondering if it be any good and if anyone been catching

My dads good friend that has a camp on the lake been catching limits of slabs in the river channel. Fishing deep with shiners

yea but last weekend it wasnt as cold as comin up...hopefully 4-5 days cold weather should have the bait at the coop
