Haynie Lay OUT...

Ite.... Here is what I drew up so far...... Boats 21ft and I want atleast a 7 1/2 front deck..... Not sure how big to go on back deck...... Look at the picture and give any info or thoughts you might have...Thanks

with that kind of front deck, you ought to add the rod boxes on the sides. They would be build in and have the step look that most other bay boats have.

I want the front Deck flat....the whole thing...I dont even want rod boxes....

another thing that i'd like to have too, is rod holders on the sides of the boat instead of just at the center console

If I get them Thats where I will have em ..on the sides..... You will be able to place 8 rods in on the Center Console...... might even add 3 more spots on the back of the seat

I heard this complaint several times from a previous Haynie owner. It was really the only thing he didn't like about the boat was the lack of storage.

7.5 deck isn't huge
i did a quick sketch for reference
see if chris can send you a .dxf cad file of the top view of his Z21 hull and i'll help you lay it out

you need a smaller fish box because or ur small trout and a bigger bait well for your skrimps... oh... and you need art class... pretty bad !!!

You really don't need to redesign, just add another dry storgage on the left side. Make them as big as possible.
