how did ya cook the brisket? smoked or in the magnalite?

Top Dawg 01-29-2013 01:34 PM

Cooked it on the pit. Put a hard smoke on it for about 45 minutes then took it off shot it up put in a pan with some beef broth and luds sauce covered it back up and put it back on the pit for about 3 hours.

Do you trim your brisket up any before you cook it?

Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't. Haven't noticed much difference but wondering how others cook theirs.

But I'd still eat the Brisket.
