Intro/Superbowl Prien Reds & Flounder
 

Whats up guys I'm Brian from Lake Charles, been lurking the site for a couple months, was posting on bl411 before I found this forum.

Took the gf out on the boat yesterday near prien with some boiled crawfish and enjoyed the afternoon. Kept 4 Reds and 2 flounder, had a couple flounder get off and threw back a few reds. Water is still yoohoo but we made it work with some black gulp.

Great catch... I haven't been able to find any fish around prien lately.

Thanks yall, Had to make a trip out, been too busy hunting then all the rain so this was my first box of fish for 2013. The north end is a fun area to fish and can be tricky at times...obviously finding clean water is gonna be necessary the next month or so but finding clean moving water is gonna be the real ticket.

It looks like the water is trying to get saltier. This rain today is not helping.
