Boat cleaning
Anyone buff/polish and wax their own boat?? If so what all materials do you use?
Also does anyone know of a good boat detailer in the New Orleans area? |
I clean with a good fiberglass boat wash.
Wax with 3M Fiberglass Cleaner wax and a high speed polisher. Polish with Rejex and an orbital polisher. For non skid, I clean with Soft Scrub once a year, then wax with Aurora Sure Step. I clean with Attwood non skid deck cleaner and a brush every time I go fishing. It doesn't remove the wax from the non skid. You don't have to have a bucket with the Attwood. Just a brush and hose. |

When I first started using it, it was around $4/bottle. Price been going up last couple of years. |
What do you mean by non skid surface?
