Are the brackets on the 6 foot pole and 10 foot pole the same? Mine is mounted on the hull I'm basically asking if the holes in my hull are going to line up with the new poleAttachment 46820

They will line up with no issues at eleast mine did.

We had to buy a seperate bracket in order to mount to the jp. Maybe you don't if it's mounted to the transom tho.

It's for sale. I was going to put it on the market after I got it all off. But it has a hydraulic leak some where. But pm me if you are interested.

They suggest not using same bracket because the extra length causes more stress on bracket for 8'
