Easter Sunday Eats

Well for once we managed to not overcook too many dishes for a holiday meal. We ended up cooking a Root Beer Glazed Ham, candied yams, green beans, mac & cheese, shrimp & mirliton dressing, and corn casserole.

Sig you do Tom Fitzmorris Root Beer Glazed Ham? I been doing that for 6-7 years for every holiday and no complaints yet.

I've been doing it so long I can't remember. It really is good! I double the glaze recipe to make sure I have enough. I did this one on the grill which he says you can't do. No problem!

Some stuff he says is comlete BS. I still listen to him though.
