HELP! Boat ride morgan city to the gulf

Ive never been in that area. My mother in law wants to ride to the to the gulf.

Where can I launch and is there anything I need to worry about as far as water hazards going towards the gulf.

She lives close to 182 bridge in amilia
Thanks.

The 20 hr break in is on the motor, not pulling it behind your truck L.:grinpimp:

launch and go out of the wax lake area just watch for sand bars.

Can be tricky, it is the ONLY growing delta around!

Can go out of berwick. To be safe, stay between the markers. It will be a solid 45 - 1 hr ride to the sea bouy. Watch out for fog and Offshore supply / crew boats.

I would not do this to many sand bars.

Launch out of berwick or amelia.

anothe great ride is launching in Belle River and running all the way to the locks in Port allen. It is about a 4 hour run and you can get gas at Jim millers

it's the road that runs on the side of Hanko's boats.

1$

Put in in at the Berwick Boat Launch and go south. You won't have any problems if you follow the bouy's. it's a nice easy ride.
