Cooked up some homemade Crawfish & Shrimp Etouffee, garnished with a couple pieces of Sharp Cheddar and Parmesan encrusted Garlic Bread.

Lol, i should have taken a better picture... all you can see is the bread and the tower of rice with one lonely crawfish peeking out...
