GI fishing report 5/24 5/25
 

wade fished with my 2 sons Fri and Sat. Our first time to Grand Isle. Only caught 16 keeper trout and 2 reds. Got about 3.5lbs of shrimp in a cast net to make gumbo with. Could have caught many more shrimp as they were running thick. Thank you wetaline for the info. We took your advise and caught most of the fish in the pass east of the state park lagoon. Did not catch many fish but wade fishing is the bomb!! We have never seen so many dolphins and they seemed to follow us up and down the beaches.
