Big Lake Help / Rock crab and shrimp report

I am looking to try a trip to Big Lake tomorrow. I have a desire to catch some yellow mouths. Can anyone give me some pointers? i would like to fish the south end of the lake but have not done so before so i was wondering where i should launch? Where can i get bait or cast for bait?

Went to rockefelller today and caught shrimp and crabs at will. The crabs were nice and there were plenty. The shrimp were not huge but good enough to keep.

My son was at Rockefeller today and from what he said, the cement weir was good for shrimp and the Mudhole was good for crabs. Is that what you experienced?
