Grilling grouper
1 Attachment(s)
Sometimes I impress myself ... Opened up the freezer and had some shrimp and grouper on top so I thawed em out and fired up the grill. Added some grilled asparagus to it and some roasted pine nut couse-couse. Attachment 51201

Looking good man. You need to come put those cooking skills to the test at the station for us!
|
If we would do something like this for the Parish Association meetings it would always be a packed house!
Just wouldnt feel right at the fire station without some sort of rice and gravy...lol... Guess that's why it's such an un healthy occupation. I know me for one needs to step back from the fast food, rice and gravy, and fried food..... Try and find a way to make rabbit food worth eating! Lol |
The IAFC and IAFF have put out some healthy eating stuff and the recipes, so I heard :D , are pretty good.
What parish by the way? |
I will have to check that out!
We are in Lafayette Parish. I work for Lafayette and Volunteer with Broussard. Then for part time, I adjunct with FETI mostly Lafayette, Acadia, and St. Landry parishes unless needed in other areas to fill in. As a matter of fact I will be headed to Church Point in a little while for a TIMS class. |
Very nice! Sorry I didn't answer the phone and missed that invite. Lol.... Great meal!!!!
