We busted up the crabs yesterday behind the weirs near the cement wall east side of BL. Here is the photo update.

Very nice!! I'd take boiled crabs over crawfish every day of the week!!

Tasted to good today. I cooked to entertain some guests and by wife surprised me with couple packs of abita amber without me asking lol. Was a great afternoon

Just joking around man everyone has different preferences.

Nice catch! An ice chest full of crabs that big would look reeeaaaal nice for a Sunday crab boil.

Don't get me wrong, I'd never turn down some good ole mud bugs. I just prefer crabs. But that's also probably because I don't eat them as often as crawfish too.

I hear you. Last time I boiled some crabs it was bc my wife had been hounding me about boiling some for her.
I had to make a day trip to Cocodrie to work on a buddies camp so I stopped and bought some on the way back.

Them things are just as high as crawfish! If I could go catch them myself this size I would definitely be eating them more often.
