Coco Quick Trip 7/2

1 Attachment(s)
Hit the water at about 1 and found a mess of pickles, kept what we could and fishing was fun for the kids. Headed south to another spot and hooked up immediately on a few 15"+, but got chased in by a storm so I headed back to Broussard to clean the boat and get it ready to sell - last trip in the skiff, time for a bay boat...

Finished with about 13 and 2) 17" reds.

All of them! Anything 21-24' 2005 and newer from a reputable manufacturer, gotta be dry, stable, quick and not underpowered - I prefer being close to or at max HP rating. I will sacrifice creature comforts for power/more time fishing, and am more concerned with space, setup and fishing platform than I am with tons of storage and pretty stuff...

Goooh, got a buddy here that's got a 21' Whitewater that was made right here in Bogalusa. The company went belly-up, but, I can assure you it wasn't because of quality or lack of sales. It is dry-ridin, stable and quick. It's powered by a 200 Yammy. Hull only weighs in at around 1200 lbs, so, it's definitely not under-powered. It's a rolled-gunnel boat....not a lot of "bells 'n' whistles". He hasn't advertised it yet. It'll be gone when he does.
