Sine have been asking what they can do to help. We will post in this thread for what we need.

As of right now we will need help with the tent setup Friday afternoon. Possibly setting up table and chairs Saturday morning.

As we firm stuff up we will post it here.

I'm sure we'll be around Friday evening to help.

My wife and I get in late Friday night and we will be there Saturday when the scales open since we are not fishing.

if my people are not 2 drunk Fri what time you need help? we might come by boat so the can drink water or cokes.

Let me get with Bluechip on a time for Friday and we will post it.

Do we have a tent like last year ??? If so we need to round up a couple of step ladders ...

I can throw a collapsible one in my Jeep for Friday afternoon if needed...

Yes, Port Aggregate generously donated a tent.

We will find out tomorrow a delivery time and post a time to meet on Friday.

I get off at noon on Fridays... If I show up around 1pm will I still be able to help or will you guys be done by then?

JCheif, is it looking like everything will work out with the construction going on out there?

We will be done. Tent set up is planned for 10am.

We are going to have to make it work. I rode out there on Monday and looked around. If we can't set up the tent near the construction zone, we will have to try and set up somewhere in the parking lot..... All we can do is make it happen.
