That's a bad *** gun. Just my opinion but I don't like the way it looks. It is light but it looks cumbersome.

well you can get the scar in 223 for around 3 so im guessing the 308 will be a lil bit more.

la get a dpms and save some money. they dont look as cool as the fn but if you want 20 rounds of 308 its just as good. i can shoot sub groups with mine and it only has a 16 inch barrel.

IMO, you'd be better off going with a S&W or a Bushmaster, their barrels are built better than the Armalite.
