For those of you who have purchased a Chien Caille call from Mervis Saltzman and his sons and had the good fortune of meeting and visiting with them, it's a tough day for them. Mervis' son, Kendall, passed away this morning. Keeping them all in our prayers.

Sad to head that. They are some good people. I knew Kendall wasn't doing well. Thoughts and prayers wit the saltzmans

they were the two that taught me to call specks and they both tuned my calls up every now and then.

That's sad to hear, I met Kendall for the first time last year. Got some cane calls made as christmas gifts for my brother and BIL, awesome family and calls. I hope the sons will keep the tradition going.

Very sad. Great calls, better people.
