Look on ebay

latravcha 09-10-2013 06:44 PM

Are parts from eBay reliable?

Should be ...always a gamble though ..

At that price......I would check with a place that sells hydrologic hoses for equipment. A place like Voorhies supply company should have the hose, but getting the proper fittings on the ends may be a problem.

If you can't find the hose on Ebay.....start contacting some of the Ebay vendors that sell similar parts. They may have the hose. I have found parts this way.

Just found some post on THT where people have brought them to a hose shop and they cut crimps off and replaced the hose. I'm going to try that tomorrow

Travis, Just like Gerald mentioned, check into Voorhies in Lafayette. They make up all kinds of hoses. At this rate it will set ya back from your planned retirement at age 40. LOL I hope you and your family are well. You did a bang up job on those crab and shrimp in GI. Good luck and hope your boat is back on the water soon.
