Don't laugh too much at me, but this is my first post with pictures. Fished VBay from 5:30pm to 7:15pm. Caught 3 keeper specks (15 and 16 in), 1 white trout and 3 bull croakers. I had to put the croakers in. LOL

If the trout were biting that good on dead shrimp then you probably would of caught many more on artificial baits. Try glow or purple soft plastic cocohoes next time on that same 1/8 oz jig and reel slowly along the bottom. Or under a popping cork. Try both ways.

Vermilion Bay

Thanks for posting fish catch in Vermilion Bay, been waiting for month's for positive post, been hearing that it was starting to get better (never great) gas is still expensive and costly to try and come home with nothing!
I really do appreciate any feed back/reports.

Thank you.
