It was great having Tommy & Charlie Groves, and Joey & Brennan Amorello back onboard. After having a great night sleep at the Reel Inn Lodge, we departed at day break. It was all about getting the kids catching some fish. Our first stop produced some trout and a couple reds, slow action so we moved on. Second stop had a few more trout hitting the deck. This was the theme of the day 'stick n move'. Every stop produced a few fish but we never found that every-cast bite we were looking for (except at one stop, but they were all too small!!!). We covered some water putting trout, reds, and bass in the box. The kids had a good time as the smiles on their faces tell the story!! Majority of our fish were caught on the Endura shrimp under a cork and also Matrix Shad shrimp creole under a cork. The Endura shrimp is by far the best imitation shrimp I've ever used. It's name says it all, as you can catch 50+ fish easily on one bait. Enjoyed the day guys, thank you. I look forward to your return in a few weeks!!
