Would anyone mind telling me how to catch frogs and where to go? I dont have a boat though. I know how to cook them and I like them a lot, I'd really like to go out and bag some.

*Really I should ask if yall know anything about like frog guides or companies that do frog excursions. Thatd be pretty cool

Find you somebody with some crawfish ponds. It won't be till next year. But we will be offering crawfish and frogging excursions. There is a guy in catahoula named Shane Doucet that offers frogging excursions in the basin. I don't have his number off hand, but when I get my truck back I have a card for him in there.

Any set of canals most of the time, these were all caught on public accessed waters

Not technically legal but Vermillion parish Sherriff's usually don't mess with you frogging off the road in ditches around crawfish ponds. Other than that you will need a boat. We do good on the vermillion river. Find canals off the river that pass through crawfish and rice farms.
