We had a new roof put on a few months back and got a bunch of estimates.

We ended up going with the lowest estimate bid and were very pleased with the works and the final results.

Not sure where the folder and information is at right now.....wife not home. I will post information later.

Pool was recommended to us by a couple of people, but because we are up in Moss Bluff.....we were kind of far away and they were too busy to come give an estimate.

Don't go to Lowes......there price was 25% higher than the next highest bid and almost twice the cost of what we paid.

Work was done in mid June, 2013 By S & G [Susan & George] Roofing and required 3.5 days. The temperature was 93-95 F each day and really took a toll on the workers. We were very pleased with the mostly “family” crew of 8 or 9 workers each day
.
Note: 1) Most of the contactors had good ratings from the BBB, but not all. Some had good references, some not so good after we saw there work.
2) I adjusted some prices quoted because I changed the required work as I talked to more roofers.

Buy the shingles yourself, my roofer ( largest co in Baton Rouge ) wants to charge me more for shingles than I can buy em for myself , so just check into it .
