Made a quick trip to river to run the ole skeeter a bit . Managed to catch a couple while I was out there . Fat bar fish and 1 bass

Where is a boat ramp for that area, I would love to find a good bit of the Bar Fish, in Oklahoma we called them Sand Bass.

I used to fish the marco damn at colfax a lot. Watched on ole boy one day just destroy the barfish with a silver spoon. Dude worked their azz over.

Its lock and damn #3 on red river. Its at colfax. I always fished the lena side of the river though. The lena side is where the actual locks are. You have to fish it from the bank. Boats arent allowed within 500 feet. Its north of flatwoods and just inside of nat****oes parish.
