Help! Hydraulic steering went out!

Well guys ran the boat today and the steering felt too loose, on the way in my Seastar Hydraulic steering locked to the right. Lost all steering lucky I was close to the dock. Any idea what it can be?

How can I check to see if its full? The steering wheel will turn but the outboard is lock and I can not turn it by hand also.

There should be a fill plug on the top of the helm. You remove the plug and screw a fitting into that hole and fill it with oil. Try that I guess

If that don't work any recommendation for mechanic shop around Erath / New Iberia area? Prefer a Yamaha cert shop since I will get the outboard ready for next year also.
