1st time duck hunt in La.
 

Hunted with my stepdad today out of Reggio Marina close to Delacroix which was out first ever hunt in Louisiana and it sucked. No birds. 2 hit the water and two made it out alive.

This was a guided hunt.

The guide said the ducks seem to be hanging out more to the west. Oh well that's hunting!

Sorry you didn't have a good hunt but it can only get better from here on out.

East side has been very hit or miss this year. Venice has been about the only halfway consistent place from what I understand.

You got it right, thats why its called hunting, better luck next time.
