Hey guys wondering if the bigger croakers are in biglake this time of the year?

LNG, fish the bulkhead on the west side of the turnaround, dead shrimp on bottom, you will catch some nice ones. GF caught this one about a week ago and a few other big ones.

I've always used croaker for bait. Is the op chasing them for food? It's in the redfish family genetically but cant say I've ever tried to cook one.
