Specks in Cocodrie

Out of a kayak. How do I catch em? I have a few redfish spots but haven't caught any specks. If it's anything like the DU I should have em jumpin in the boat!

Thanks

Never fished kayak in coco but I would imagine you could put in along the roadsides there are a few bayous that intersect and you could get in the marsh. Or you could paddle Boudreaux canal to lake Boudreaux but there's a lot of current I wouldn't want to paddle against. Good luck

I think Clampy could shed some light on this. I believe he knows that area fairly well

Fish the point to the right on the inside of the channel on a falling tide with live shrimp. This works during the summer if you don't mind 11-12 in trout.

Some good places in these marsh inlets from the main bayou.

I don't know much about that area.
