thinking of going to rollover bayou to catch some red and wondering if anyone has any reports? also is rockefeller catching? thinking of bringing the boat also but would rather go by truck if there catching on the side of the road!

Not all of rockefeller is closed, the main canal (joseph's harbor), union production (mud hole), and headquarters canal is open. You guys may want to check me on these, as far rollover, it is open year round. The landing and main canal to first left hand turn (about 1.5 miles down) is private property, after the turn it turns into refuge

But i thought during the closed season your are not supposed to get out your boat at the wiers. You are only allowed to use the main canal for gulf access. I didn't think you are allowed to crab until it reopens in March.
