are the only thing i will shoot out of my 45/70 from here on out, couldn't get any other shot on the hog, so i let her have it, through the rear end, found the copper in the chest cavity and the lead was lodge in the ribs at the very front of her chest, i am super impressed with this bullet, thought i should share

Any idea where to find some more? I bought 2 boxes last year and ain't seen a box this year.

haha, no man i haven't looked for any in that caliber, i will have to keep my eyes open, that is the first time i kill something with my 45/70, i have less than a box of these left, i have some remington for back up, but they are big and heavy i would have to readjust my scope to be able to shoot them, they hit about 12-15inches lower than the leverevolutions

250gr

They make a 325 grain. That is what I shoot. The 250 seems to be harder to find

I think that is what i have the 325gr but wasnt sure, google told me 250gr, i will double check when i get home

250 would be a good round. All I have is 300 gr for mine and I don't trust it more than about 75-100 yards it drops so much.
