Winter Day Etouffe
Being inside and out of the freezing cold weather today I decided to make a nice spicy batch of crawfish etouffe. Served with warm buttered French bread http://i1183.photobucket.com/albums/...e/DSC03195.jpg |
If that don't warm you up, then nothing will!! Looks good enough to lick the screen as always!!

I don't like neighbors, but sure wish you were one

I can smell and taste it through the screen. Thanks for the meal SigNate. K dropped us in Lafayette. We've got the seafood here but the thing I miss most is the french bread. I've tried all the fancy bakeries out here but nothing comes close to a toasted Leidenheimars. I've tried freezing it from trips back home, but it's not the same. I'd give half my 60 year old retirement check every month for a fresh loaf once a week. Haha.

SigNate is one of my favorite posters! I need to get off my ARSE and do some cooking!!
