OK guys gonna be putting a boston butt on the pit real soon, and I could really use some ideas as far as your techniques in cooking and your favorite sauces to mix with it. Store bought or home made, thanks.

For pig roast around here people make pig sauce
equal parts a-1 steak sauce italian dressing lea and perrrins A good basic barbecue sauce is 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Cup Ketchup 3 Tablespoons packed of Dark Brown Sugar 1 Tablespoon Creole or Yellow Mustard 1 Tablespoon Molasses or Honey 1 Teaspoon salt 1/2 Tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes. Put at the ingridents in a pot, simmer on low for till its heated through. |
