Spinning reels?

Looking for a freshwater spinning reel for drop shot/ wacky worm fishing. Something under 50-60 dollars. Any suggestions?

Shimano Sahara 74$ I know it's a little over but for the price I love this reel.

I love the Sahara's. In my opinion one of the best spinning reels for the money.

The older ones are nice....the new version with the compact body are kinda weird. I was playing with one at academy and the bail hits your fingers while reeling. Shimano must think everyone has baby hands.

its not just them, a lot of reel makers are making shorter stems because they think we are holding the rod handle after the reel and not having fingers under it.

I haven't noticed the change. As far as spinning reels/rods. All the rods I've bought lately are split grip style. The latest is a Finwick. Soooooooo nice. Light, comfortable, sensitive, strong and did I mention light?
